The 45-min. trip from home to Taylor Ford was well worthwhile. My car-buying experience featured both fairness and flexibility. Altho working primarily with 1 sales consultant and 1 finance manager, interactions with all other staff were friendly and helpful. Stay with me, however, for the rest of the story. The day after my purchase, my wife and I returned to drop-off the title to our trade-in (reasonably appraised, I might add). In the pouring rain on the way down, we got a flat tire on I-57, then limped ahead to Taylor in Manteno. We were greeted by compassion and generosity regarding our situation above-and-beyond the call of duty. Thanks everyone!

I wanna give a big thank you to Andy (manager), Onie (saleswoman), and Wayne (Finance). Everyone was very laid back, friendly and made you feel at home. The best part, they gave us a great deal on a new Transit Van. After i talked to them i drove 30 miles to see the van, it was washed up and ready for me to see it as they promised it would be!!!
